Displacement Field Variable Modeling Method for Heterogeneous Materials in Wind Power Blade Core Plates

چکیده

In order to study the mechanical properties of heterogeneous core plate wind turbine blade, a modeling method based on displacement field variables is proposed. Firstly, blade was modeled according theory material characteristics. Secondly, three-point bending finite element model solved by display dynamic equation obtain deformation pattern and force-deformation relationship plate. Finally, static test conducted compare with analysis. The results show that: damage form includes elasticity, yield, failure stages. main modes are plastic deformation, collapse, panel-core delamination. load measured 1.59 kN, which basically consistent load-displacement result obtained simulation, difference only 1.9%, verifies validity reliability model. It provides data references for structure design.
